Tabu Application for Membership


ONLY New Couples and Single Females may submit an Online Application

Tabu is a "Members Only Club"


Current Members:
If your membership card has expired, you will need to renew membership at the door. No NEW application needed. Renewal is only $20 verses a $35 annual membership fee.

Applications must be completed with ALL required information. If they are not, they WILL be deleted.
This means, Full Name, Date of Birth, Valid email address, Phone Number, City, State and Zip Code. Plus, we would like to know how you heard about the club.

If you are not willing to fill out all required information, then DO NOT complete the online application.
Applications can also be done at the door and will require the same information.

All applications are downloaded every Friday and Saturday night at 7 pm. If you plan on attending the club the same day you submit your application, please do it before 7 pm.
